From an idea of Patrizio Paoletti, 21 Minutes is the international conference dedicated to all those who want to change the world.
It is a "Network for Humanity" with world-renowned speakers to explore the issues that affect our future and orient us towards improvement.
Being human today means becoming agents of change, playing a conscious and active part in shaping a better future for ourselves, for mankind and for our planet.

At 21 Minutes you will hear ideas and models of excellence from speakers from around the world, and become part of that core group of people determined to create a better Future.

New Skills for a New Humanity
In school we have lessons about history, but not about the future. As human beings we must ask ourselves: how do we want the world to be in 10 years?
At 21 Minutes A New Paradigm, philosophers, artists, entrepreneurs, policymakers, next-generation leaders and world-renowned innovators will discuss current and future challenges and how to use the most renewable resource that exists on our planet: ourselves, human beings.
Indeed, to create real change we must start from our inner world.
"21 minutes is a Human Inner Design project, through which we disseminate ideas, techniques, strategies and tools that enable us to rethink ourselves, to re-read our lives from other points of view and to change our future
"
Patrizio Paoletti

"21 minutes is much more than a conference: it is a way of thinking, a working method to inspire"
-Libero
"An open 'Think Tank’ for anyone who wants to find new stimuli"

THE FOCUS OF THIS EDITION
A New Paradigm

Spherical Economy and Shared Responsibility
In a time of global uncertainty, the 2025 edition of 21 Minutes – New Paradigm introduces a new vision for humanity: Spherical Economy, conceived by Patrizio Paoletti.
A paradigm that unites consciousness, ethics, and sustainability, inviting us to move beyond competition to rediscover cooperation and shared responsibility. Rooted in the Sphere Model of Consciousness — the result of over three decades of philosophical, artistic, scientific, economic, educational, and experiential research—this vision describes a living and interconnected economy, where every part contributes to the balance of the whole.
It is an economy that unites rather than divides, regenerates rather than consumes, and cultivates rather than exploits. A new humanism for a changing world: from the logic of mors tua, vita mea to the perspective of vita tua, vita mea.
An invitation to build together a civilization of co-creation, capable of generating future, peace, and shared prosperity.
21 Minutes supports the 2030 agenda
of the United Nations.
We will explore the 5Ps of Sustainable Development as they relate to human beings

New skills are needed for a new humanity and our speakers accept the challenge of sharing their story, not just their success, but the inner skills that have made the difference on their path

EVENT PROGRAMME
22 November 2025, Rome - ONLINE

Patrizio Paoletti, creator of 21 Minutes
Visionary, bestselling author, man of peace, mentor and influencer, he has dedicated his life to creating methods and practical tools for self-knowledge.
He advocates the value of awareness as a key to overcoming the current global crises. He has developed pedagogical models, methods and scientifically validated techniques for raising self-awareness in human beings, disseminated through the International School of Self Awareness of which he is founder. In his vision, sustainable development can only be achieved by becoming aware of one's inner processes and acquiring the ability to shape them. Hence the concept of Human Inner Design.
The validity of his methods is also confirmed by the neuroscientific research of his Foundation (Fondazione Patrizio Paoletti) in collaboration with international scientists, institutes and universities such as Bar Ilan University in Tel Aviv, La Sapienza University in Rome and the CNR.
His research interests focus on the improvement of human beings, ranging from neuroscientific investigation of consciousness to innovative didactic tools to create processes of Lifelong Learning and Lifewide Education.

F.A.S.E.
The 21 Minutes Approach
From the PH.A.S.E. ® paradigm created by Patrizio Paoletti
The 21 Minutes speeches follow the PH.A.S.E. paradigm to approach the key themes from every angle of our knowledge process

PHILOSOPHY
VISION
Any idea that is truly capable of changing the world is always based on a new vision that activates and orients us. The questions of philosophical knowledge offer us the possibility to transform uncertainty into envisioning, into a living image of what we really want.

ART
INNOVATION
To change our world, we must learn to share knowledge and direct technological development. Art is the discipline that first helps us express vision and connect knowledge in new ways to generate innovation.

SCIENCE
DISCOVERY
Science is discovery, but it is also verification. For change to be grounded, it must be based on knowledge that is verified both internally and externally.

ECONOMICS
SUSTAINABILITY
At the end of the creative process, when we are ready to turn intuition into action, we must measure its sustainability. No action can be considered economic if it does not benefit ourselves, others and the planet.

ORGANIZED AND PROMOTED BY

21 Minutes is a project created by Patrizio Paoletti, founder of the Patrizio Paoletti Foundation, a non-profit research organisation that has been dedicated to the study of human functioning for over 20 years. Through interdisciplinary research, the results of which are applied in education and teaching, the organisation promotes the best talents in children and adults. The Foundation, through its Research Institute for Neuroscience, Education and Didactics (RINED), promotes people's health, resilience and wellbeing and disseminates practical, immediate, innovative and effective tools that support people in learning how to know how to do, how to live in order to 'be' in a constantly changing world. Through its educational projects, the Foundation works to ensure that all individuals become more aware of their own resources, role and responsibility towards others and the planet in order to express their full potential.
